Miss Garrepy began teaching Music at OLMC in March of 2022. She teaches grades Pre-K 3 through 8th grade. Subjects taught include music appreciation, music theory, sight-singing, ear training, and recorder.
She graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Vocal Performance from Rhode Island College, where she also studied recorder. While there, she also received training in piano, conducting, and various methods of teaching and performance techniques. She also has a background with both piano and organ.
In addition to teaching at OLMC, Miss Garrepy is the Music Director at The Church of Saint Mary on Broadway in Providence RI, where she runs multiple choirs and a thriving music program. She is also a core member of Ensemble Altera, a professional chamber choir based in RI, and has sung with multiple professional choirs in the North East.
